("JAMS") by three arbitrators selected in line with those Rules. The arbitration will be held in Odense, Denmark, in English, and the arbitral decision can be enforced in any court. The winning party in any legal action to enforce this Agreement can receive reimbursement for costs and legal fees. If you win against Wise Advisor Consulting, the total amount you can be charged, including legal fees, cannot be more than what you have paid to Wise Advisor Consulting in the last 12 months. If any portion of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted to reflect the original intent of the parties, and the rest will continue to be fully effective. If either party waives any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach, it will not waive that term or condition or any future breach. You have the option to transfer your rights under this Agreement to any party that agrees to its terms and conditions. Wise Advisor Consulting can also transfer its rights under this Agreement without any conditions. This agreement will be binding and will benefit the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
